GEORGE, MAUDE ROBERTS. Music journalist/Studio teacher (fl. early twentieth century; 1940s-50s in Chicago, Illinois). She obtained her musical education in the public schools of Chicago, Illinois, and at Walden University in Nashville, Tennessee. Later she studied voice with Herman DeVries in Chicago.
