Krylov, Pavel Dmitriyevich

Krylov [Krilóff], Pavel Dmitriyevich (2–7[3–3]–1885, Tver [now Kalinin]; 4–21–1935, M.). Grad. 1908 from the math dept. of M. Univ. and 1912 from the Mus.-Dramatic Sch. of the M. Philh. Soc., where he studied with Koreshchenko. Taught at the M. Cons. from 1919–35, held administrative positions, and publ. a monograph on G. Konyus (M., 1932). His students incl. V. Vlasov.
