Tamberg, Eino Martinovich (5–27–1930, Tallinn). Grad. 1953 from the Tallinn Cons., where he studied with E. Kapp. Joined the faculty of this institution in 1967 and has chaired its comp. dept. since 1978. Among his students was Kangro. Is one of the most important Estonian comp., esp. in the area of stage music.
