TILLIS, PAM (b. Plant City, Fla., July 24, 1957) New-country star (and daughter of SINGER/SONGWRITER MEL TILLIS ) Pam broke through on the country charts in the early 1990s with her combination of sassy love songs and humorous takes on country-music conventions.
