Rock Gospel

Rock Gospel Rock gospel has its roots in the black churches of the Southern United States. The same rhythms and melodies that found their way into the early work of rhythm and blues pioneers such as Fats Domino , Little Richard Penniman, Big Joe Turner, and Ike Turner originated from the developing blues, jazz, and gospel music of this same time period.
