British Ozaphane Ltd. A firm established 9 Mar 1936 in London, licensed by two French companies to use a patent for film soundtracks. W.H. Ogden was managing director. Duo-Trac was the name of tis product; it had negligible success, and the company ceased functioning in 1946. It was officially struck off the register on 10 Oct 1950.
