Searchlight Horn Co. A Brooklyn firm, active ca. 1906–1907. It advertised a horn designed “on the principle of the searchlight” that could play “louder and clearer than any other.” Following that promotion in June 1906, there was a September advertisement claiming sales of 10,000 per month. A 1907 advertisement touted a “knock-down” model,“easily taken apart.”
