Aquilon
l'Aquilon (FR N-M) the west wind, son of Aeolus and Aurora. Used only in poetry, from Latin aquilo (west wind), and aquila (eagle, fast as an eagle). Aquilo, dreadful in appearance, caused cold shivers to run down one's back at his mere sight. (Moréas)
