Fêtes galantes (FR) Gallant festivals. Poulenc's setting (1943, Deux Poèmes de Louis Aragon #2) for voice and piano of the sixth poem from Les Yeux d'Elsa (Elsa's Eyes, 1942) by Aragon. The poem was first published in La Revue de Belles-Lettres in March 1942.
