Houben-Kufferath, Mme.

Houben-Kufferath, Mme. Jane Kufferath, one of three daughters of Maurice Kufferath (1852–1919). Maurice was a conductor and cellist, who wrote for and became editor-in-chief from 1890 to 1914 of Le Guide musical, a revue published from 1855 to 1917. He was also named director of Brussels' Théatre de la Monnaie in 1900.
