Jacques Villon Poulenc's setting (1956, Le Travail du peintre #7) for voice and piano of the fifth section only (of five) of the poem »De la lumière et du pain« (Of Light and Bread) from Voir (To See, 1948) by Eluard. The poem was first published in Alternance, titled »La lumière vue du dedans« (Light Seen From Within).
