Spleen (2) Fauré's setting (1888, Op. 51, #3) for voice and piano of the third poem (Il pleure dans mon coeur) in the »Ariettes oubliées« section of Romances sans paroles (1874) by Verlaine. Fauré's title is not the title of Verlaine's poem. The Verlaine poem actually titled Spleen (Les roses etaient toutes rouges) is the second poem in the Aquarelles section of the same collection.
