TAPIOLA CHILDREN'S CHOIR

TAPIOLA CHILDREN'S CHOIR , founded in 1963 by conductor Erkki Pohjola (see POHJOLA, ERKKI), who directed the group until 1994. The choir has up to fifty boys and girls, ages nine to nineteen, many of whom also play instruments and can form their own chamber orchestra when needed.
