FORMAN, Ellen American choreographer, dancer and composer. New York, September 21, 1945. She gained her B.A. from Brooklyn College, City University of New York and M.A. from University of Wisconsin. Since 1974 she has been director and resident choreographer of South Street Company, Philadelphia.
