VACCARO, Judith Lynne American operatic soprano, lecturer and composer. Downey, CA. She obtained a B.A. (music) from California State University in 1967; a certificate from the International Opera Studio, Zurich in 1969 and studied at the Academy of Performing Arts, Vienna, under Erik Werba, 1970 to 1971.
