WANG, An-Ming

American pianist, authoress and composer. Shanghai, China, November 7, 1926. She studied the piano and music theory at the Central China University in Wuchang where she obtained her B.Ed. (1947). In the United States she studied at the Wesleyan Conservatory, Macon, Georgia, where she obtained her B.Mus. cum laude in 1950; the Juilliard School of Music and graduated with her M.A. from Columbia University, 1951.
