Nkumbi

Nkumbi 1. ancient drum of the Congo people, now obs. It was cylindrical with antelope-skin heads; 2. scraper of the São Salvador area of Angola, consisting of a notched stick laid on a pad resting on the back of a resonator carved to resemble an antelope.
