Raft zither

(Fr.: cithare en radeau; Ger.: Flosszither), zither composed of canes tied together in the manner of a raft, the canes being either idiochord or heterochord. Found today in E. Africa, W. Africa, the Chittagong district of E. Pakistan (100, 195).
