Manto la fée

Manto la fée was billed as an opera, but its five acts and prologue recall the style of the lyric tragedy. Its score was written by Batistin and its libretto was by Menesson. It had its premiere at the Palais-Royal on 29 January 1711, but it had no billings after 5 February 1711. It was never revived. Mlle Desjardins sang Manto opposite Thévenard as Licarcis.
