Le Prince de Noisy

Le Prince de Noisy was offered as a heroic ballet in three acts and verse with music by François Rebel and François Francoeur and a libretto by La Bruère (see seventeenth-century volume for Rebel and Francoeur ). It was first presented three times before royalty: 13 March 1749 in the Petits-Appartements at Versailles; 10 March 1750 at the same theatre; and 17 May 1752 at the Bellevue theatre.
