Vendôme en Espagne was billed as a lyric drama in a single act with a libretto by Adolphe Empis and Edouard Mennechet, and a score by Daniel Auber, Louis Hérold, and perhaps François-Adrien Boïeldieu (see eighteenth-century volume for Boïeldieu).
