Miller, Mlle (8 April 1770, Auxonne; 18 April 1833, Paris) was the stage name of Marie-Elisabeth-Anne Houbert, a danseuse at the Opéra. She is reported to have been quite beautiful, and Noverre dubbed her “the Vénus of the dance.” She distinguished herself quite early on account of her versatility.
