GOTTLUND, KAARLE AKSELI (Feb. 24, 1796, Ruotsinpyhtää–Apr. 20, 1875, Helsinki), a collector of folk poetry and folk music. In 1831 he published twenty melodies in Suomalaisia paimensoittoja kantelella ja sarvella soitettavia (Finnish Shepherd Tunes for Kantele and Shepherd Horn).
