Diplye 1. a group of *double pipes of Albania and Yugoslavia, some of which are hornpipes, others bagpipes, and yet others are merely double chanters without bell or bag. In all cases the 2 chanters are made of a single piece of wood with dual bores. Some have equal fingerholes, others unequal, in a number of different arrangements.
