Les Amours de Protée

Les Amours de Protée is an opéra-ballet in three entrées and a prologue with a musical score by Gervais and words by Joseph de La Font (see seventeenth-century volume for opéra-ballet, Gervais, and La Font ). It was performed for the first time at the Palais-Royal on 23 May 1720. It was revived on 7 and 26 September and 9 and 16 November 1728.
