L’Union de l’amour et des arts is a heroic ballet in three entrées with music by Floquet and words by Lemonnier . It had its premiere on 7 September 1773 and enjoyed a first run of 27 performances between this date and 7 November 1773. It was returned to the stage almost immediately on 12 November 1773 for another 20 productions this same year and then ran for 12 consecutive programs between 2 and 21 January 1774.
